About

“Our relationships are pivotal to our happiness. You can have every material benefit that money can buy but you will be utterly miserable if you have a bad relationship. On the other hand, if you have a great relationship you will have more than riches could ever buy.”

I have always found the About page on a blog the most difficult to write. For a  very long time Relationship World simply did not have an About page!

By nature many bloggers and writers tend to be private people.  Maybe that’s why so many bloggers sign themselves as “admin!” I too was “Admin” for a while until found that anonymity simply didn’t seem to work with blogs.

Strangely, it was my involvement with Graphology that put me in touch with my interest in relationships. It made me realize that we are all connected to or inspired by some relationship or other. After all, our relationships are what make us human.

So it was inevitable. I began Relationship World as a sister site to Graphology World.

Now this isn’t as strange or off the wall as it sounds because many relationship problems can be sorted through the medium of handwriting analysis.

(If you have ever visited Graphology World you’ll appreciate why I find handwriting analysis to be such a helpful and even powerful tool in the area of human relationships.)

So relationships seemed to be the natural sequitur. Though I must be honest, the idea didn’t strike me as very enticing at first.

I genuinely balked at writing about dating which seemed to be the main point of a relationship site.  But that was just shallow thinking because the more I thought about it the more I realized that relationships actually covered a much wider area than I had ever envisaged.

As I wrote, the site seemed to take on a life of its own. Somewhat alarmingly it began to develop offshoots into a lot of unexpected areas!

But at the same time, it also seemed to be the ideal place to discuss some rather wondrous things!

At present I have 4 blogs which are largely about writing, handwriting analysis, gardening, flower pressing, crafts, teaching, poetry, animals and one or two other things I’ll probably remember later!

So you see, not everything I write has to do with relationships or handwriting! My interests are more or less spread across my blogs and websites and if you are interested in any of these areas please feel free to jump in – and add a comment or two if you feel the urge to do so.

I have written several books about handwriting analysis, a book about flower pressing and even one about school bullying. And very soon there will be one about how to choose the right mate.

People are often reticent about putting forward their opinions.  I was too until I started blogging.  But then I realized that there was very little to be achieved by blushing in the desert unseen.

So if you have a question or if you would like to comment on any aspect that I have written about please know that this is a very friendly place.  I welcome your comments and I’ll be happy to answer you as best I can.

With warm wishes,

Sandra Fisher
